Anti-wrinkle injections are effective in the prevention of ageing, with commitment and routine appointments you can eliminate wrinkles and avoid the formation of new ones. “This day we did my clients 3 areas of anti wrinkle – forehead lines, frown lines and crows feet. These 3 areas work great to subtly lift and tighten the upper face. HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET MY ANTI-WRINKLE DONE?
Post treatment, it will take roughly a week to see the full effects, we recommend steering clear of alcohol during this time. The general rule is that anti-wrinkle can last anywhere between 3-5 months, however this totally depends on your metabolism. The faster your metabolism, the more frequently you will need to get topped up. Results will vary as it’s such a personalised treatment.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET MY LIP FILLER DONE?
This will differ based on how much filler you have injected and again, your metabolism. Often we will start with a low amount and ask you to come back in a couple of weeks to see how you feel. You’ll want it to be noticeable but natural! As with anti-wrinkle, it’s important to avoid anything that thins your blood leading up to your appointment. After the treatment, we would expect to see you at about the 6-8 month mark. However some people may get over 12 months.
IS THERE MUCH AFTERCARE?
We recommend avoiding any strenuous exercise or activities that will raise your heart rate for 24-48 hours post treatment. These can cause worsened bruising and swelling.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
They call these treatments the ‘lunch time procedures’ because they are a quick appointment. Expect to be in our chair for 45-60 minutes. Add a little bit longer if you opt to have numbing cream, this needs to sit for 10 minutes before injecting.
